- When you personalise your chosen product you will see an on-line preview of your design. It is your responsibility to check your final design carefully. If you approve a proof that has wrong information, typos, spelling mistakes, we will not provide a refund. Our website has an automated ordering process once the order has been confirmed and paid for we regret that we are unable to make amendments to the product, cancel or refund an order.
- We endeavour to provide customers with high quality printed products. Our cards are printed on the latest digital printing machines to ensure a professional high quality product is produced. Please note there are certain factors which are outside our control. Variations in computer/mobile device personal settings may mean the product preview on screen may have slightly different tonal representations from our printing presses.
- For jobs containing photos, the quality of the photo uploaded by our customers is outside our control. Please refer to our FAQ’s if you have any doubts over the quality of your chosen photo.
- We endeavour to have your cards delivered to you between 5 to 10 days from receipt of your order. Please note, that we are not responsible for delivery delays outside or beyond our control.
- Our prices are detailed in Euros and include envelopes, delivery charges and VAT (this applies to wedding and memorial jobs). We reserve the right to revise prices without notice, however all orders will be delivered at the price displayed to the customer at the time of ordering.
- Discount codes must be entered at the point of purchase in the Discount Code box. Our website has an automated ordering and purchasing process. Once your order has been paid for we regret that we are unable to add the discount code where the customer has omitted the discount code at the point of paying for their order.
- We accept Mastercard and VISA only. Please refer to Payment page at bottom of homepage.
You can choose a payment type that suits you best.Instant online payment Online payments can be made with all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Laser. All of our online payments are processed by Stripe or Paypal, our selected payment gateway. At no time do we have access to, nor do we store your credit card details. Cheque Payments We are more than happy to take payment by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Orbicon Print Limited and write your order confirmation number and a contact number on the back. For added security, please make sure to cross your cheque. Bank Transfer We also accept payment by electronic bank transfer. Please contact us for the relevant details or refer to the details provided in any invoice you may have received. When you choose to pay online, your order is processed immediately. For other payment methods, your order is processed as soon as funds have cleared. If you have any difficulty with any of the above payments or would just like to ask us any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Products are delivered using our courier service and usually take 3/4 working days from dispatch of order. On placement of a successful order a confirmation email will be sent to you plus when your order has been dispatched you will receive a further update email from us. Please check your spam folder should these emails end up here.. Help us get your order to you as safely and as quickly as possible:

- Ensure your Telephone number is correct
- Ensure someone is home to receive the package
